Who is responsible for maintaining the launch?
I see those guys out there busting their butts to make it nice for us and I just want to say thank you.

City residences pay taxes and we county people get to use it for free.

Of course I'm sure when I buy goods in San Diego that some of the tax I pay on those goods end up in the fund to clean up La Jolla.

Agreed. Got give some knuckles to the lady who keeps the crappers to the north so nice and tight.
