Cool video.
Harbor seals are cute and cool. I've never seen one steal a live mackeral.

Sea Lions, on the other hand, I wish those sharks cruising our beaches lately, would have a feast-fest, and rid 'em all, at least off of La Jolla. There has been explosion of them in harbors and along the coast these last few decades. You could kill all the ones lying on the outer bait barge in SD bay, and the next day it would probably be covered with a whole new batch.
