I can fit 40 to 50 people pretty easily. There is a palapa bar next to the firepit with a tiny sand beach as well.

Three different levels of deck out back with a good view. It's kind of a party house. I'll take a couple pics to add to the post.

The wife even said it was ok with her to do this. She's a good woman.

Just let me know when you want to put this shindig together. My house is just off the 8 freeway in the Mission Valley area.

Let's do this.

And yes....there is no fishing in the koi pond. Not even with barbless hooks.
