WARRIORMIKE Senior Member Join Date: Apr 2015 Posts: 303	my learning experience, I would suggest taking it out tomorrow and practice launching and landing a few times, without gear at La Jolla. During the week is better, less people. Once you get the feel take it to a lake and practice getting off and on the kayak if you fall off.
