If you are trying to keep weight down go with the 4 . If budget allows 5" inch is great . If you have a pro angler 7 inch is nice , I have yet to see a 9 mounted . Maybe next year I will try it ?
 . But seriously , the 7 inch is the bomb ,combined with Lifepo battery the added weight is not that bad .
