Yep...I think I only screamed at one a-hole boater all season. That little statistic right there confirms a great season. Or maybe I'm just mellowing out a bit...NOT! Just seemed like there weren't as many hoopers. Prob cause that Fall tuna bite was still going strong when bug season started...

Ended up with five five...thought I had a chance to smash my record of eight eight. When San Diego started to tank early in the season, I thought I could fall back on a group of "good" friends who were killing it at their spot further north. I was hopeful at first, then got angry and then I was FULLY EXPECTING MULTIPLE INVITES. I waited and checked my phone and waited and checked my phone and waited and checked my phone and waited and checked my phone and waited and checked my phone and waited and checked my phone and waited and checked my phone. I told my wife..."maybe these a-holes don't like me"...

And then there was ChuckD...he wanted me to show him my bug spot first and I wanted to go to his spot first so we just stared each other down until the season ended...
