Jig stick Reel

Hey guys looking for a jig stick reel again and im leaning towards the saltist 35h bg or the sliver in the equivalent size. Also the Newell 332. I am confused on what all the 332-5 p-332 etc. i, correct me if im wrong think 5 stands for gear ratio. I just want a reel i can cast nicely and will hold up. I know both of these reels are solid but want to know what makes one better than the other is anything. most likely 65lb braid with a 40lb mono topshot on a 9' stick

I prefer narrow spool reels . I use a Newell 322 (Rare) or a Converted Penn 99 or 112 Tiburon for 25-30# mono and I bought a Trinidad 16N for Braid w/topshot.
