OK, I've just decided that I need to perfect my Pulled Pork some more. Last time I made it (14 hours in the smoker) it was greeted with positive reviews, but I still think it lacked something. So my experimentation is your gain - I'm going to smoke an 8 pound pork shoulder using a new rub and finishing sauce recipe on the 27th, and we will have pulled pork sandwiches for lunch on the 28th. (I've already got my vacuum packing and reheating technique down) - I'll have enough to feed 16 or so people easily, so don't worry about eating if you forget to bring anything!

I should have looked at the calendar. I thought this was a Saturday. I work every Sunday. Can't get out of it. Hopefully the next one will be on a Saturday.

Do we need sand tires to launch there? I don't have any for my PA12

it would be a big help, it is a beach launch.
you can barrow mine if i make it. too early to make a commitment

Aww man, same here. I thought it was saturday so I made plans with the wife on sunday. :S

T ball games all day every saturday, Legoland for my kids birthday Sunday..... Ill never make a tourny.....

I will have a set of wheels for all to use or give me a shout and i will help haul..
