Looks outstanding....I know it tastes good because I make it all the time, but yours looks professional. I wish I could say the same about mine.

Hook and line off the kayak, diving with the spear or either from the panga... those poor fish barely stand a chance.
And then an Itamae quality preparation of the kill?

There will always be imitators, nice to see the original at work and willing to share the results.
