I wanted bump Steveoo's best post ever. I made this again today with a fresh halibut. This is the 4th time I've done it and it is fantastic. Dead easy to make too.

His fishing reports ain't bad either

Thanks Ross. I actually made a double batch this weekend, but forgot to take any presentation pics before it was all gone.
