I'm sorry to hear about this same thing happened to me last year but the thieves made it out with about 1000 bucks in my personal items then spent another $500 on my cards before I had gotten done surfing. Needless to say I am very paranoid now says my wife. So I bought a big locking tool box and mounted it through the floorboard and did the same with a locking safe for my center console. I always use a club and have a fuel cutoff switch hidden. Dirty rats!!

Heading of Newport harbor. Just got Malibu x-13 frist time out on the new yak. Frist time paddeling. Last kayak was a hobie pa. So this will be a big change for me. Hopefully all goes well.
