Don't think I will show this to my wife

before we head to the East Cape next month. Planning on taking her out kayak fishing a couple days while we are there and this would be a deal breaker.....she asked me if there were sharks in the Sea of Cortez and I said only small ones

I wouldn't share that either lol she might not want to go after seeing that! But it was rare so I'm sure she will be fine and you will be on your best game

You might now want to tell her about that, keep an eye out for the whales that may come in there also. The Sea Of Cortez has a lot of wonderful life in it. I hope you both enjoy the trip.

what would make that photo more of an impact on her is if she sees the poor little girl in the back scared for life looking at that huge slob

Did Coyote Bay for 4 weeks in Nov-Dec 97 with my girlfriend and on the way back I showed her an article of a diver that had been attacked a half a mile from where we were .His tank got caught in the corner of its mouth so it never got a good bite on him but he still had over 200 stitches. The fishing was insane though !!!
