WTB Rack for '04 4Runner

Anyone have either a Yakima or Thule rack they wanna sell?

The Silverado became a BOAT (Break Out Another Thousand) so traded her in for something more reliable.

Looking for Yakima rail grab set or Mako Paddles to attach to factory crossbars or something similar...tried loading the yak on the crossbars Saturday night, no bueno. Any advice too would be helpful, would like to be able to load 2 yaks for obvious reasons...

PM me what you have...thanks

Found a thule hull a port on CL:

With the hull-a-port, you should have enough space left over for another hull a port system..therefore 2 yaks.

If you have factory crossbars easy answer is Thule slipstream....and then any j bar. Load it up and it's jus a matter of lifting over to the j bar.

i had a crv that i used to carry my yak from. it had the factory crossbars on it and what i did was to use the yakima mighty mounts.
the mighty mounts will attach to the factory crossbars and then you would attach the hulley rollers and the mako paddles to each mighty mount. with this setup though you'll only be able to load up one yak.
the other option would be to use the yakima control tower. this is the attachment that mounts directly to the tracks to the roof of your vehicle. then you would need to mount the crossbars either 58" or longer. the longer bar will allow for you to mount two yaks rather than one. also make sure to read the weight limit for the roof.
unfortunately i have the older model of the control tower that will work for a 2002 or older 4runner. i have it listed on CL for $80.
good luck on your search
