Here's a short vid of mine. Jet ski trailers can be had for a song. I think I paid $125 for it and I had the rack. I decided to take the bunkers off in lew of the rack but the bunkers would have been fine. They were adjustable so they would have worked also

Adjusted the bunks and slid the bow rest all the way forward. Aft end hangs over less than 3.5 feet, was able to keep the box and it fits in the garage with just enough room at both ends to get by. Not perfect but more than good enough
