Navionics Card for Humminbird FF - Kayak Fishing Adventures on Big Water’s Edge

Looking for how much coastal coverage is on the Navionics Marine & Lakes card. http://www.navionics.com/en/marine-lakes-usa
It looks like you pay $99 per state

I'm mainly looking to have the harbor details on my plotter (breakwater & jetties) which is not installed by the factory (how lame is that?)
I'm not too concerned about the lack of coverage outside of 3 miles, which is what they claim is covered.
Lake coverage would be very nice because I am planning on fishing the SoCal lakes in my yak.
My other choice for cards is the Navionics 1xg USA but will have no inland coverage
