Spottie Bait?

With the recent event on Mission Bay, curious as to what everyone was using to catch fish on? I was getting mine on baitfish colored plastics and jigs.

The red crabs are everywhere. Lots of them up in Long Beach and Santa Monica Bay area as well.

For numbers.......or just "buy" a bite I like the Big Hammer Sexy Shad and a 1/4 or 3/8 darter head

Weedless love the jerk shad in smokin shad (this one is Strike King, like Zoom Flukes too on an Owner Sled Head in 1/4 or 3/8

Fished MB the week before the tourney. 3/8oz Warbait (silver) with a sexy shad skirt and Paddlerz (Bad Shad) trailer was the ticket for one legal and 8 shorts.

Jigs seem to be working for a lot of people right now.
