Weekend wrap up - Kayak Fishing Adventures on Big Water’s Edge

Sat started up good with a decent yellow in the early light until I noticed I was missing one of my rods. I think I knocked it out of my rod holder when I gaffed the fish

ops: . It's all good though. Then today I head out again at 3:00 to check out the evening bite and find the yellows busting every where I look but never get there in time. I cock back the jig stick in haste at one explosion and my jig snags my hanging sabiki and wraps around all my rods tangled at the tips like an eagles nest. Took me 20 min to fix all that mess. Then I notice I'm missing my fricken bait net! now I'm really pissed and feeling like the rookie from hell. Ended up with another yellow just big enough to put me back in 12th as long as Dave doesnt catch anything this week :lol: . MKNOTT
