Thanks Guys,

the Sharks felt like they would come near the Kayak at first and I had to wind like mad at times . the cool thing was the first one that hit I heard the clicker go zzzz zzz then nothing, then the Shark breached about 10 ft from the Yak and I would hear zzz zzzz again and I thought he was gone, then it was a constant ZZZZZZzzzzzzz, the fights probably lasted about 10 to 15 minutes maybe? the last one ( when I was taking a leak) pulled me straight out towards deeper water, I was screaming like a Girl because it was so cool feeling the sleigh ride and seeing the line move out ahead of the Yak!!
I also noticed a shark under the Yak as I was jigging about 5-10 ft under, it was really great seeing how the Fish behaved around an Iron, how quick they turned to smack it with their tails, the mystery fish ran like a demon, it just kept peeling line and then it headed straight down and I got cut off, I have no Idea what it was but it ran much faster than the T's and it was hooked over sandy bottom... my Buddy kept telling me that he could not keep up as I was being pulled, and when he hooked up I came to realize what he was talking about!!!! it didnt feel like I was moving to quickly but I guess I was!!! He did have a great introduction to Kayak Fishing though, he's definetly Game to buy one now!

I was using 30lb and 40 lb spectra and 35 lb flouro leader,my daiwa sealine and saltist held up great.

Now I want to do it all over again

Take care,

King Diamond
