Beautiful looking fish, those colors are something else. Nicely done sir.

And the sushi pictures! mannn I am going to have sushi on the brain all day now. lesson learned, never get on BWE in the morning due to great looking food porn that will put me in the mood for great seafood for the rest of the day.

Looks outstanding....I know it tastes good because I make it all the time, but yours looks professional. I wish I could say the same about mine.

No WSB? Makes excellent sashimi.

Hook and line off the kayak, diving with the spear or either from the panga... those poor fish barely stand a chance.
And then an Itamae quality preparation of the kill?

A true renaissance man!

There will always be imitators, nice to see the original at work and willing to share the results.

Thanks Josh

You've got the cure for yellow fever Josh! With all the fresh fish you eat, I'm sure your HDL is off the charts.

Yum

Nice feast there Josh! And a little Vino to compliment the bounty.

Question: are you self taught on the prep? I'm sure you've had enough practice over the years

I'll be looking to do some entertaining this year, and referencing your beautiful display
