x2 on the cost and quality, I have a Vacmaster 210 and bags bought on fleabay. does a great job over my old foodsaver/seal-a-meal. Great for soups and sous vide cooking I make a lot of jerky and does great. I have punctured a couple of the bags with shell on shrimp, so you may need to get the thick mm bags.
