The straps and chords are still brand new. See the pictures below for more details.    As you can see in the links to amazon.com they retail together for $240. I'm asking $99 for both, that's more than half off. Per the description: "Fits Thule rack systems, round bars and most factory racks with both T-track and around the bar mounting options" I'm also willing to trade for a Hobie Trax 2 cart.
