The camera crew should have come to lj yesterday, they could have filmed me carrying my PA underwater upside-down

It was alright, I enjoyed it. Didn't care for the repeated bendo shot reel screem. I hope we don't see that 10 times every show. But I always enjoy a good fish and catch especially with the Kayaks. Biting the head of the octopus was cool. It turned white & went limp instantly. I'm gonna try that with my next Yellow.

I'll watch it again!

I think the one guy is one of the fellow BWE guys. I recognized a clip that he posted here prior to with the shark. They used it on the opener to the show. Also the Marlin scene. Not for sure if its him or not, but it looks like him Kau Grown. Rob

Just the trailer was enough for me. Way too dramatic and way too much attitude. Absolutely beautifully filmed above and below water for sure. I think making kayak fishing in to an "extreme sport" is ridiculous. Mike

I liked the show. Good but not great photography, IMO.

Of course they have to sensationalize aspects of the show, but overall pretty cool.

They showed huge Hawaii waves but NO kayak entry or exiting those waves,

The guy freaks out (for the camera) oh my gawd bro I got a really big shark on ..... really. Same thing happens daily in La Jolla

Rescues at sea, at least two this week in La Jolla.

Thanks for posting the link to the original post JeffB. The original video of catching the marlin is actually better than most of the Pacific Warriors show. I guess it's because it's more of the catching and less manufactured Hollywood BS you see on all the so called reality shows. I hope the future shows have more fishing shots and less BS. Do you really thinks that the camera boat could have lost sight of the younger kayaker. It amazes me how stupid people can be to believe all the BS on the "Not Real" reality shows.
