Point Loma kelp just outside of SD bay?
Heading down to the big bay this sat with a buddy and want to put him on fish as he's new to fishing. Are they biting in that kelp just north of the point? If not any tips for fishin SD bay are welcom too
 plan is to get the spotties if they're biting, or drift for butts if we can find good size macsAppreciate it in advance.
