this part.. HOWEVER.. Most are also right in the fact that most if all MLPA's never open back up.. Any solid evidence that they actually are improving numbers in certain area to the fact were they should be reopened? Teribly uneducated on my part, and agree with what another user said recently in that I need to join CCA because it seems like they are the last line of defense protecting our fishing rights as recreational fisherman and women
