WTB - Tow Hitch for 99 Civic

They're hard to find on CL but are readily available new....of course. Anyway, I will not be doing any towing with it, it will be used to support an extender similar to the one pictured below. I plan to start using my civic to carry my outback, have the extender, now I need the hitch.

Why not just carpool with a guy who has a truck, you know trade guide service for transportation.

I got a nice piece of yellow rope I found at a launch one day, has loops
already at both ends...
