LJ Report - 6-3-07

Launched at 4:45 and went to the pier to make bait. Bait was there, but it was a mix of greenies and lots of sardines. Went to the NW corner and fished for a few hours for absolutely nothing. Then paddled to a boil in the distance that looked interesting. It was. Here is the result:

At home he measured at 51" and 40 pounds. Met Joe on the beach who took the picture for me. So I returned the favor and took a picture of his WSB:

I didn't hear his stats. Mine looks longer, but his might be fatter. Either one is a toad in my book.
Joe, send me a PM with your email address and I'll email the photo to you. That is a picture to frame and hang on the wall.
David

Hey David, that is a beauty of a white.
Before we opened your post, we thought to ourselves "wonder if he caught a white". You sure enough did, and it couldn't happen to a nicer guy.
Congratulations. Just saw your other post of the previous white. That's gotta feel good.
