Trailer I use with my PA 14

PWC trailer-

Found it on Craig's - they are out there if you keep looking. Paid $450 for it - very good condition. I added a "ladder stabilizer" to each of the sides and attached them with radiator clamps. All other adjustments / changes to the trailer were easily made just by loosening bolts and moving the bunks and tongue within their adjustable ranges.

I wouldn't call this a light weight trailer but I am able to move it around and connect it to my truck pretty easily.

I have a full size truck but I still elected to get a trailer to help make the PA easier to deal with for launch and recovery. I think you are less likely to scratch up the PA using a trailer like this too.
