1/18 SI Report and Fish ID?

A couple of spotties, a few lizard fish, mantis shrimp, and .....? Best pic I had, try to notice the lateral fin goes all the way around its tail fin. I caught it using one of the lizards my buddy caught on my hali rig.

That looks like a Manta Shrimp. if so be cautious around their front mandibles they pack a punch.
I ate one in Thailand and it was delicious.

I caught one out there a couple of years ago, if I remember correctly it had some sort of rattlesnake type fangs as well. Shook it off the hook quickly as it was such a strange looking fish. Went home and researched and it was claimed to be excellent table fare.

Manta shrimp

I caught One that size in SD bay bait dock around 3:00 pm today.
and that's not all? A 10lb starfish, 1 octopus,
4 lizard fish and 1 short but. All on mega bait jig.
Yes! a very weird but great day of fishing.
Sorry no pics. Can't get pics out of my phone...
