Landwhale and I are hitting it Friday. Buddha might be joining us also. Not sure about where we're launching or fishing yet though. Where ever we end up, we'll be launching about 6am.

I am heading out this evening 3/17 around 6pm to fish for spotties and then as it gets dark I am going to drop a few Lobster traps for good measure. Who knows , I may get lucky! I am going to launch at the Bahia around on my SUP (big blue and white L2FISH, and i have a big red truck )

Cheers,
Bernie

There are plenty of places to launch, I launch at the Bahia, you can park really close to the beach , otherwise Ski beach, Bonito Cove, and Santa Clara Point all offer good spots to launch. basically if you see sand on Google earth, you can launch there. Mission bay is nice and shallow round the edges and no waves to speak of. if you are headed out this evening I will see you there! look for the big guy on the big SUP

There's 4 launch ramps in MB, plus tons of launch sites on the Pacific side (OEX side) and Fiesta Island is one giant launch site. Also, if you go to launch at Ski Beach, but hang a left as you enter from the light, there is another parking lot on the beach that you can launch at. This is a nice launch if you want to fish Sail Bay and Ski Beach.

I love it been out in it 8 or 10 times and reverse is amazing lol... still trying to figure out how i want it set up and stuff before i start drilling holes and adding everything to it.. it weights like 60 lbs so i can just put it over my shoulder and walk it to the water... plenty of room for all my stuff.. I really like it a lot

Sounds good. You planning to go out or just fish the bay?
