Lowrance® Elite-4 HDI with DownScan 50/200 Combo GPS/Fishfinder

Cabelas = $399, Item: IK-023343 - but you can find it for ~$340 free S&H. Really nice unit with a lot of great features.

Raymarine DragonFly. I had a Lowrance Elite 4-DSI. I sold it with my yak and went with the Dragonfly .... hands down the best FF I have used. It does cost a little more but its money well spent.

Yes they claim it is. But only to a few feet. the problems come first to the wireing connections they have to be well lubed.
