Twin lakes Bridge Port.

My first time here. Camped 5 days fished 3 in the canoe 2 times in the lower lake and one day in the upper lake. Lots of fish on the graph, but they didn't like my Rapalas shads one on leadcore and one regular. With carpal tunnel problems in both wrist and burning fingers all the time, lets just say I like to troll alot and watch my graph. If ever go back I'll have regular and broken deep divers in baby rainbow and brown trout, Because there is no shad In the lakes and they are cannibaltic.I Did get one in the upper lake on a purple blue fox spiner, leadcore all the way out 5 or 6 colors each color being 5 or 6 ft. No worms or powerbait🤢😈😁 😎 hope you injoy the photo shoot July/August 2021

Always wanted to bring my Hobie up there when the Kokanee bite is happening (either them biting or being fed upon). As a kid it was always the Dave Davis flasher system w/a small spoon & rubber strip above the knot so the hook wouldn’t pull. Even when fishing isn’t great, the scenery always is.

Between fishing, I spent time scanning the hill tops....

With binoculars, looking for deer 🦌 after not spotting any up high, low and behold when I lower my binoculars. A jane doe photo shoot. You looking for me 🤣
And a buck not far.

Try some Needlefish on the lead core next time produced for me same time last year. I had better luck in the upper lake. Were the Kokanee in the stream above the upper lake? They were cool to see last year, all colored up and hook jawed just like their big brothers. Like the area for sure, thanks for sharing

I paid $14 to use the lodge boat launching ramp for 2 launches..

But only used it once. Parking was pretty tight in the back of the general store with a trailer and to much walking back and forth, for a handicap♿ guy. I found a place way better and closer to my camp ground spot to launch 🙌 👌

If you look close, in front of the white building 👁 👁

You can see the launching ramp.

Took dolomite to the back of lake one 8563 ft

But never again, it will have to go E if I keep it 💯
Had some old salmon 🍑 peach and 🌈 rainbow power bait. For a quick morning bite before Ioading up to leave.
Had one bite...but as soon as I grabbed my pole my sliding egg sinker tangled in the rocks. Next time I would try a slow sinking float or heavier lead to clear the 🪨 rocks. I rode farther than I wanted to go but that was the only clear spot to the water.

I showed up in the dark to fish lake 2 the higher lake.

Never been here before. And not knowing anything about the lake, launch and parking . At the launching ramp I launched and parked my truck as close as I could no handicap parking. I was the only one parked at that spot. I thought about other people parking around me and left room with my trailer. When I got back to my trailer I noticed my safety chains were laying on the ground. My first thought was some tried to steal my trailer and stopped when they got to the lock on the latch. The launch area and parking was packed and full of people. After jockeying around I got out of their. After using satellite imagery and viewing the parking you have to unhook your trailer from your vehicle and park in the back they don't have the room for both trailers one area and vehicle in another. I now I'm thinking they were just trying to move my trailer in the back. What a shocker it would have been to come back and your trailers gone. I only got one trout on purple blue fox and another guy told me he only got one too and i only saw one one boat getting bit with a down rigger. When I got back to the launch I saw a young man with about a 12lb limit

Ditto...
Was there earlier this year but didn't fish. Always fished there as a teenager and took my wife there to show her.
