OEX DIVE & KAYAK CENTERS JOINS FORCES WITH SAN DIEGO KAYAK ADVENTURES

~ OEX Dive & Kayak Centers’ Angler’s Yak Shack and San Diego Kayak Adventures Merge To Create a Bigger, Better, Kayak Fishing
Superstore in San Diego ~

San Diego, CA – July 26, 2008 – Two well respected businesses specializing in kayak retail, rental and instruction have combined to form a new outlet for kayaking enthusiasts in San Diego. Centrally located in Kearny Mesa at 7914 Ronson Road, G, San Diego, CA 92111, OEX-San Diego Kayak Adventures will join the best of both entities to benefit kayak anglers and recreational kayakers alike. Ocean Kayak, Carlisle, and the patented KayaTank^TM livewell systems will still be available at this location; in addition the store will now carry Wilderness Systems and Perception Kayaks, AT Paddles, Kokotat apparel, and much more.

While kayak fishing will remain the focus of this location, the addition of ACA certified instructor and Owner/Operator of San Diego Kayak Adventures, Rik Osanai, means the introduction of ocean, whitewater and kayak fishing instruction as well. “We’re excited to be working with such an experienced and talented kayaker,” stated OEX Dive & Kayak Centers President Brent Torgeson. “Beyond being extremely knowledgeable about the Wilderness Systems and Perception lines of kayaks, Rik and San Diego Kayak Adventures add a great resource of knowledge about the sport of kayaking for our customers as well.”

Congradulations on joining OEX. I was pleasantly surprised when I stop by and noticed you were at the location. Here's wishing you the best of luck. Store looks alot bigger now that you have made some modifications to the bottom level.
