2 hrs. from the gulf( Corpus or Galveston). We have a lot of big lakes with stripers & hybrids along with LMB, WB and crappie.

Going to expand our zone dramatically.

Will be ready for the water in 2 weeks - putting on finishing touches and just ordered a new 20 hp Suzuki outboard in white.

Outboards have been on back order from Japan but we pick up the Suzuki this Friday and will be fishing on Saturday. Post & piics to follow....

Took 2 months to get but look at the new Suzuki 20hp outboard fresh from Japan. We be getting after it tomorrow!

First trip - on the water at 6:50 (sunrise) and it was already 85 and windy on the main body of water from the hurricane so we stayed in coves. No fish, no drama and everything worked great and we got no water in the boat. Got the HDS-7 dailed in for lake fishing and erased all of my S. Calif offshore hot spots from the unit.

SUZUKI 20 HP OUTBOARD KICKS ASS,,,

The outboard has been on for 60 days and we could not be happier.

Boat works great!

nice! I got a 25hp for lv14 but still have long ways to go on the project :/
