About 15 years ago when i used to Yak fish a lot, I witnessed a salmon caught on a swim bait out of the LJ kelp. Some college kids just farting around on a boat caught it and asked me what it was. I didn't know the regs and suggested they release it. They threw it in a cooler and kept fishing.

Salmon do get caught off SD occasionally. But that's the head from a farm raised Atlantic salmon. Mike

Somewhere, an Asian person is thinking, "What a waste of good food". (I'm Asian, so I can say that.)
