Road Trip...Utah!

Had an incredible 3 day trip hosted by a good buddy who runs out to his place in Utah when time allows. We spent 3 days hammering a pristine and very fertile lake stocked with catch and release Tiger Muskies that are feeding off lots and lots of Crappie, Smallies and Carp. Luckily, Ken has this fishery dialed in so we went right at it and didn't stop until we had to fly home...he in a PA12 and me in a Hobie Sport...I must say my ass and back will not be the same for some time. Muskie don't handle well so our pics were mostly water shots. This big Muskie was found fresh dead so Ken grabbed it for a full length shot. I'd say his biggest fish on this trip was at 25#. Voracious, aggressive, line cutting logs on light tackle! Jim

Very nice Jim. So you mean to tell me you didn't consider trading in the PA for a sport after all that?

I just missed out on my yearly Canada trip last week. I've been dying for some small mouth action. Nice tiger!

What's the name of the lake?
