World Record?

Does any other website have 52 fish recipes and counting?
I think it is a world record, I'm calling the IGFA tomorrow.

Thank you Yanni!

Your recipes and cooking tips have made me a better cook. Last summer we made Fishermansbelly's yellow fin tuna sandwiches weekly.

Your tip to add marmalade during the last 15 minutes of smoking fish was right on.

Still waiting for poke and ceviche recipes!

Keep up the good work,
Mike

some shady anglers posted on that site.

Great format, pictures, videos, recipes and ideas.

Now gotta work on the skills to bring more fish aboard.

Thank you

Your recipe have inspired me to expand how I cook my catch and allowed me to dabble into smoking fish and meat.
Now I'm looking for a recipe for lobster with some type of gravy. Most of the recipes I have found use butter. I love gravy, not so keen on butter.
