This past Saturday could not have been any better

We had amazing weather and perfect seas! The rockfish were on the chew and the dolphin came out to play!

Good job and nice video

I tried several times last year but most of them are really small so spent more time to release them to deep water

First 2 reds are good size and I might try it again this year

Nice video as usual. How deep would you recommend starting at?

I was fishing right around 220’ and surprisingly I caught only a handful to send back down. There were plenty of decent size Whitefish as well.

The key was to find any sort of structure or kelp stringers
