SD Bay Bass Tournement Results - Kayak Fishing Adventures on Big Water’s Edge

We had 45 people fishing today in what turned out to be perfect weather. Sun was shining and eventually warmed up with fairly light winds all day.

Big fish of the day goes to Bob Koba with a 28# halibut.

Biggest bass goes to Will Bowen with a 3# 4 oz spottie worth $370

1st place Kevin Stafford with 14# 13oz $375
2nd place Kerry Peeler 11# 4 oz $150
3rd place Tyler Moriarty 11# 3 oz $100
4th place Nancy Ortiz 10# 15 oz $75
5th place will Bowen 10# 10 oz $50

Next OEX Bass fishing event will be in April at Mission Bay, look for one in Huntington Harbor to follow!

Wow, tight race. Only a few oz separating 2nd - 5th. 3 # 4oz is a healthy spotty!

Wow.........another year has come and gone. Had forgotten how much fun these events are and how much I learn from each one.

Congratulations to everyone. Nancy..........sharper every tournament. Kevin, great win man !! Mr. Kim......congrats on the AOY.
