Best current tide flow info

What's up guys and girls I'm kind new to kayak fishing. Most of my fishing been done on the cattle boats. I wanted to know what tide carts I should be looking at and what should be looking for. Like what are the best fishing tides to fish in. I kind been follow moon phase and I know that not I need to look for. Most of my fishing will be done in south orange county and surrounding. Of course I will be going to La Jolla once and in while. But for the most part it will local. I'm trying to build my skills and was wondering if any of you guys could help me as to what to look for in water conductions thanks for all the help. Rich
