There's a pretty good app for iPad/iPhones offered for free today and tomorrow.
It only shows 15 fishing knots, 80 in all. Look for Knots 3D by Nynix.
There are two versions, one free and one normally $4.99.

Oh come on, I need a kayak before I'm forced to buy a smart phone...
