Do flashers work?

Spearos use them all the time to attract fish. I've made them out of old CD's when spearfishing. Anyone try them under a kayak?

for halibut or in general?

If you're interest in using them for halibut you need a dodger and not a flasher.

In general. I've used them myself on amberjack and ulua. Can't see why they wouldn't work on other species.
