Mission Bay Thursday

I'm thinking of fishing Mission Bay on thursday. I think I'll launch at Mission Point about 06:30 am. I want to fish around the mouth of the bay and see if I can learn anything about halibut. I can't get good fresh squid up here so I will have to hit Dana Landing up when I get to town. If anyone knows what they are doing and want to help me learn I sure would welcome the company. Amish Ed, are you free for thursday?

Ugh, darnit. I had the choice of tomorrow or Thurs off and ended up choosing tomorrow. Next time! Goodluck if you go. Might go check it out tomorrow on my own anyways. (I don't know what I'm doing, so no help to you).

If you can find an Asian market near you there is squid to be had. Grab a box of frozen squid and thaw it in the fridge overnight; Quality is pretty dang good on the first use.
