Show up and have a great time. Participate in the raffle and have lunch. A little luck, go home with a great raffle prize or an engraved pilsner glass. Meet a lot of friendly and knowledgeable yak fishermen and women. looking forward to meeting you there.

GOT A FRIEND WHO WANTS TO FISH IN THE TOURNAMENT BUT DOESN'T HAVE A KAYAK???

NO PROBLEM!!!

Heroes on the water (HOW) will be loaning a limited number of kayak packages for use in the Mission Bay Classic.
Each package will include a kayak, PFD, and a paddle.

This is a great opportunity to share the fun and excitement of this tournament with a friend or family member.

Kayak package #1
Will be available for a $20 donation to HOW and will only be made available to MBC participants who have paid the required entrance fee for the tournament. (their name must be on the list of paid participants)

Kayak package #2
Will be available for a $40 donation to HOW and will only be made available to NON fishing guests of paid participants. This package also includes lunch for the guest.

RULES:
1. We have a limited number of kayaks to loan so you MUST contact me through private message as soon as possible to reserve a package.
2. All users of our kayaks MUST be over the age of 16 and MUST be accompanied by a MBC paid adult.
3. All users of our kayaks MUST PROPERLY WEAR A PFD AT ALL TIMES WHILE ON THE WATER. This will be strictly enforced!
WARNING...... There will be plenty of my HOW volunteers who will be participating in this tournament. All will be made aware to contact me immediately if they see anyone using our kayaks without wearing the supplied PFD. There will not be any second chances and the user will be immediately disqualified from the tournament, escorted off the water, and asked to leave the event.
4. All users of our kayaks who fish in the tournament MUST hold a valid California fishing license.
5. All users of our kayaks are soley responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to our kayaks, PFDs, and paddles while in their possession.
6. Fish blood on deck is good. People blood on deck is bad.
All users of our kayaks acknowledge that we (HOW), OEX or any of our volunteers or employees are not responsible for any injury or death that may arise while using our kayaks.

Please feel free to contact me with any questions.

Good luck to everyone, it's going to be a great day and I hope to see you all there.

Cbad Mike

Tommy Gomes is coming through once again supporting HOW with the main course FISH for the fish tacos. If you need to buy sea food this is where you should be going!

It's good to see so many people signing up for a great tournament and cause.
This fundraising tournament ensures that the Southern California Chapter of HEROES ON THE WATER will be able to continue to help our disabled veterans both physically and mentally by offering them a day of fishing and relaxation on the water.

To quote the Bard (if he ever fished), "To sabiki or not to sabiki, that is the question...."
