Have a family party to go to in Santa Ana in the afternoon so I thought it would be a good opportunity to try out NPH. Will be at the coast guard station at 6am.

How's the bait situation out there? I'm inclined to buy bait at the barge to maximize actual fishing time. But if ~6" bait is readily available then i don't mind putting in the effort and taking out the sabiki.
