LJ Ramp Work???

What are they doing digging so deep, are they going to bury footings for new comcrete ramp out onto the beach??? Anyone know the plan?

They get paid based on cubic yards of sand moved from one pile to another and then back to the first pile.

The construction crews are supposed to be fixing the water/main lines and electrical conduits while down there, as to why they are now estimating completion around December :/

the whole thing is totally f-ed. its just a plot to get kayakers to buy skiffs and sell their pro anglers.
