lol. i havent been to the deep hole, but i can say that there are squid outside of NPH and at balboa pier in newport. saw a guy pull some squid in with a sabiki jig on sunday.

hahaha, nice attitude!....why don't u go thru all the work of taking some of your precious spare time and go check it out for yourself??

Then report back to us so we don't have to waste any of our time finding fish!

Thats almost as funny as "that guy" that "saw some other guy" catch a xxxxx and takes the liberty of posting it online as his report!

ohhh yeah, this one is my favorite....you could just go drive up there and lurk around on the beach for a few hrs and jock every kayaker you see goin out or coming in to get a report, that way you don't actually have to paddle out!!

also make sure you check their yaks very well....some guys might be dicks and hide their fish and tell you fishing sucked.
