Need to replace my drain plug

Is this hard to do on my own?

More info needed... which kayak and isnit just the plug it the entire assembly? Short answer is yes it is easy.

Is the drain plug bad or the thread in the mold of the yak? First one, easy. Second one, not so much.

FWIW, I never open my drain plug anymore. Too many times I've opened it and damn-near forgot to close it before launching...

Maybe you could buy a new yak just like it, take the plug out of it and put it in your old yak?
