C.O.D Paddle Clips

Yes or No? Is it just as easy to toss the paddle in the water(leashed of course)? Other than the side of the yak the Big Game doesn't have a surface where the clips can be mounted. Should I just go without them?

You can mount them on the perimeter shelf of the Big Game. Mount them closer together.

I just threw the paddle in the water, or stuck one end of the paddle under the front hatch strap. So you dont have to reach far grab it.

I use a leash for my paddle and let if float, but I love the clips for my gaff. Within easy reach and pops out with one hand. Love it. Just put em far enough forward where it won't interfere with your paddle stroke, but close enough to be within reach.

Looks like they're going back. The only decent place that I can find is on the side of the kayak and even then it's not a flat surface so I'll do without them, not loosing any more sleep over this........thanks for the responses but it's time to move on.
