Smile La Jolla Yellowtail

Launched at 4:30AM with Gary. Went to the pier and got bait, which was difficult to get---only got 3 max. Gary went North and I went to the kelp. Off the hotel I get picked up and landed a 10-15 lb. Yellowtail. Yeah! It has been a long time since I caught a Yellowtail.

Vito, I'm so happy for you. The drought is over for you and maybe it's a sign of good things to come for the rest of us. I know you're not a big poster but if catching a yellowtail is what it takes, then keep on catching.
p.s. now you can watch the tots for the next week with a smile on your face.

Nice job Vito. Looks like time on the water paid off for you. Nice meeting you on the beach the other day.
