Different types of material used, but both very high quality.

The wildo's I've seen seem to be made with a very rigid formulation, and the polyethylene Hobie uses seems to have a bit more give. I'm sure each company has a good rhyme and reason for using the formulations they use, but I think the reputation and longstanding success in the market of both companies can vouch for the quality of the materials used.
